Our method: map before you build

The Infrastructure Blueprint starts with a complete mapping of your existing network: every device, every data flow, every single point of failure. We identify critical risks (SPOFs, insecure configurations, untested backups) and optimisation opportunities.

The roadmap we produce prioritises actions by impact: critical risks first, optimisations second. Every intervention is scheduled to minimise disruption — often carried out outside business hours.

After deployment, you receive comprehensive documentation of your infrastructure: network diagrams, emergency procedures, equipment inventory and access credentials. You are never dependent on our presence to understand your own infrastructure.

Can you work on an existing infrastructure without rebuilding everything?

Absolutely. Most of our interventions are optimisations and reinforcements of existing infrastructure, not complete replacements. We identify the critical points and intervene surgically to maximise the return on every euro invested.

How long does a typical infrastructure project take?

A full audit takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on scope. Implementation depends on complexity — from a few days for targeted optimisations to several months for a complete overhaul. We always plan in phases to avoid disrupting your operations.

Do you also manage network hardware (switches, firewalls, etc.)?

Yes. We work with leading manufacturers (Cisco, HP/Aruba, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Palo Alto) and manage the full lifecycle: specification, procurement, deployment, configuration and maintenance.

How do you ensure continuity during the work?

All our critical interventions are scheduled outside production hours with tested rollback plans. For major migrations, we use progressive cutover approaches that allow rapid fallback if needed.
